Harriet was someone considered more moderate even if she was a Bush insider. They switched her with a far right winger.
This guy is a right winger who doesn't care about the constitution (certainly not the 4th amendment... see C&L) and will be everything we don't want at the CIA.
If anything this administration doesn't go more moderate if a choice goes bad. They can't go further right than complete disregard for the constitution. That's the neocon trademark.
