Olberman!!! Now! Hayden's Toast! n/t

Leahy holding the USA Today report and decrying the fact that Congress has to find out about the wiretaps from the papers.

Then Durban holding the paper up and doing the same thing.

Then Bush, plainly worried, claiming that NSA is only targeting "Al-Qaeda and its affiliates"

1. Thanks for the heads up.
You might want to post a bit more info for the cube rats, though.

2. Turley was on again tonight, said the phone thing is ILLEGAL
and that he expects lawsuits. Also that * has become all three branches of the government--assumed ALL their powers.

Cube rats: watch KO if you can at midnight ET or at 9 am ET tomorrow morning. Not to be missed!

3. I saw Bush on the tube.
The immediate response, with your note that he's handing out bullshit about "targeting" (as opposed to "spying on", a much broader category) means that he's lost this issue too.

4. Congress should be embarrassed
on BOTH sides of the aisle. As effective as they are; they might as well go home permanently

8. Most of our Congressional Democrats
have been on the wrong side of most issues. Sorry, I don't have much respect for the majority. It makes no difference if you can win; it counts that they have been pussies for way to long. What the hell is it going to take to get them to stand up. They wouldn't even stand when Feingold wanted support for the censure. * is destroying the constitution, overstepping his executive power and we are DEBATING on whether this is constitutional?
