Turley: The Legislative, Judicial & Executive Branch of Govt. = chimpy!
now how fucking scary is that? I just saw him on KO and he was fantastic as usual. Yet he scares the shit out of me because he confirms our worst fears. We have a little dictator, and NO ONE is trying to stop him.

:scared:

2. Turley Speaks The Constitution
I despised him during the Clinton inquisition as he was one who screamed "perjury is grounds for impeachment" more than anyone, but at least he's using a similar stick on this regime. He's been highly critical of many of the crimes this regime has committed and in some ways it's his voice that resonates with the moderates...when asshat lost him, he lost both the "moral high ground" and the "middle" or the moderates and independents.

Sadly Turley is a voice in the wilderness...turn to Faux and listen to hours of how tapping your phone calls somehow prevented another 9/11.

8. Just the fact that Turley was so hard on Clinton gives him more
credibility in my book! I hated it too when he was so rough on BC, but he sue is no partisan hack! He's a constitutional law school professor, and he really seams to know his stuff!

nd you're right about him scaring the hell out of everyone! Last night, he was talking about Shrub being so very uncomfortable in his constitutional skin. The ONLY thing the President swears to do when he is inagurated is to "uphold the Constitution!"

3. Freaks me out...
...Not knowing that Buxh has the nerve to do this, but the contentedness of Congress, the media, and every barstool republican who shrug their collective shoulders and dismiss it as business as usual in 21st century Amerika.

4. Saw that -- yikes!
When Turley said the president had assumed the powers of the executive, legislative and judicial branches I got the chills. Turley is someone who deserves to be taken very seriously -- he's a well-respected authority on consitutional law who teaches at a top-ranked law school, and he has no partisan axe to grind (in fact, he's tended to lean a bit toward the conservative side in the past). All the more reason to be really worried.

5. If nobody was trying to stop him, we wouldn't be reading about....
...the constant leaks on all fronts, Libby wouldn't be indicted, Rove wouldn't be in legal jeopardy, and a number of other things wouldn't be happening.

Yes, he is a little dictator, but people are trying to stop him.

7. We need the military to stop him. A mutiny of sorts is in order, I think.
A peaceable mutiny, of course. I keep thinking of the Caine Mutiny. Humphrey Bogarts character really was nuts.

6. Turley The Truth-Teller
KO is going to keep bringing him back.

Listen to him.

He has it down cold. No one knows his personal politics, but on the subject of our beloved Constitution, I'd put my life in his hands.

Even Dana Milbank was a little rattled at what his fellow Yalie is pulling, it seemed.

I don't like Dana Milbank.

9. Dana is a piece of shit
and I was surprised to see KO have him on for this heavy of an issue. He made up for it big time by having Jonathan Turley on. And you are 100%% correct! Who knows his political affiliation? This person cares deeply about our constitution!

10. Yep, Bush is a threefer!
Might as well lay off all those useless judges and shut down Congress.
