Lots of people were talking about recieving opened envelopes several months ago. I don't know what became of that.

12. They're Already Doing It!

A few months ago I had mail arrive way late, and much of it had been opened and resealed in those USPC clear envelopes with a rubber-stamped generic apology on them. It happened to three piece of mail in one month, and then a few more over the next couple months. Don't say they *might* do it, they already are!

BTW - this was correspondence from my family, plus payments from clients. The "goods" always came through (except once), but took more than an extra week to arrive, and each time the envelopes had all been very carefully slit open. It wasn't people messing with my mailbox - these came from the PO that way re-packaged in USPC envelopes.
