What do you think caused the latest Bush drop in the polls?
Edited on Thu May-11-06 09:58 PM by xray s
My guess is the fundies are freaking over Mary Cheney's new book! :)

("Mildred...DID YOU HEAR?...the vice president's daughter...is...a...less-bee-ann!...and here I thought that Mr Cheney was such a good man...how can that be if his daughter is a less-bee-ann? I have to write Pat Robertson about this...I wonder what Dr Dobson thinks about this...mercy sakes alive!")

his polls go down. Perhaps he should go hide out with Cheney in the bunker.

Hearing for certain that it wasn't even remotely limited to terrorist related monitoring...? I know it brought my opinion of Bush down... That is, from an approval rating of about -99,999,999% it went down to -100,000,005%.

affirming or uplifting initiatives all contribute to Bush's slide in the polls.

Also:

Rove seems to have lost the zip on his fast ball, likely because he knows he's in legal jeopardy and isn't concentrating.

Since 9/11 Bush has eroded liberties for SECURITY reasons, but then is seen to have turned over our ports to the Dubai folks.

Rumsfeld remains on the job but no one knows why since he's failed at it so badly.

Bill Frist can't steer his own nuts through the fly of his undies, let alone guide legislation through the U.S. Senate.

DeLay hung around way too long and stunk up the place.

There are regional Republican scandals getting loads of local attention & more today and more to come, too.

The Far Right fundies realize that this administration is less Christian than advertised.

And not least, every time the man opens his mouth, he sounds like he's on hog tranquilizer.
