Follow the money

I called my congressman today. I am proud to say he is Dave Obey from the 7th in Wisconsin and that he is a great rep. Dave is on the appropriations committee and has told me that the feds don't spend a dime without his knowledge. If the phone companies are "under contract" with the feds to supply phone records, who negotiated these contracts and where is the money coming from? It's the old follow the money game. Fucking Bush with his "you know better how to spend your money than the federal government" bullshit. It's our fucking money and I demand to know how it was spent! Call senators and congress and DEMAND them to follow the money trail. I seem to recall this being the downfall of a certain unnamed POTUS.

where every dime of federal money is going, he's sadly mistaken . . . they're spending BILLIONS that I'm quite sure he has no knowledge of . . .
