If Tony Snow and FOX News can't get his numbers back up...? |
|
Then his goose is cooked. People have no more time or space for his lies. His incompetence knows no bounds and people are starting to see that. They are seeing it coupled with dishonesty and criminality and nothing FOX or Snow can do will help him before this election. But, be very worried. Because if the Democrats win, there will be nothing but investigations and maybe impeachment of the crook in the WH. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to investigate all of the crimes and lies.

3. One thing you can say about the rightwing talking heads |
|
Their timing is awful.
O'Really gets sued for sexual harassment and his viewership takes a nosedive.
OxyRush gets caught doctor shopping, lies about it and then has to cop a plea.

5. Not when compared to network TV news |
|
Faux News' share is 1.1 million viewers, all other cable TV news shows are way under 1 million viewers.
NBC's news share is 9.9 million viewers. ABC's share is around 7.3 million viewers and CBS' share is around 3.2 million viewers.

4. I was shocked Tony Snow took the job |
|
As he's ultra conservative, I thought he'd have enough class to stay away from W.

6. Class has nothing to do with it |

Like all good Repugs, Snow is an opportunist.
Unfortunately, his credibility has taken a huge blow and he'll never recover.

Where IS he?
Can't he get his snowflakes all in a row before he appears? Are his little flakes melting before his eyes before he can type his latest lies?

8. His low numbers have not stopped anything. |
|
In fact, everyday there is a new outrage (phone records today). His poll numbers may be in the 20s but he is still in office, still has his finger on the button to nuke Iran, etc. I just don't get all this glee over his low numbers. Sure, I'd prefer the poll numbers are low but has it changed one thing? Has he been impeached, thrown out, changed his modus operandi? Has he felt compelled to withdraw from Iraq? Has congress been inspired by his low poll numbers and grown a pair of balls and stood up to him? No!

10. I don't think Snow was intended to get *'s rating up.... |
|
... but just to keep them from falling into the basement. Snow, IMO, was a play to hold on to their hardcore fundie base, which appears to be dropping away gradually now, as well. (See "Bush approval drops to 20s")
