OMG they denied it ( verizon) |
|
I just called Verizon to see what it would take to get out of my contract. They asked why and I told then why. The woman said that they are not doing that and if they are then it is not verizon wireless, just verizon. Well are they not the same company? WTF??

I've had more than one run in with them on anything.

6. Verizon has too many subsidiaries |
|
and, as a company, many of them don't communicate with each other. Some times, which has been my terrible experience with them, they don't even know the other exists.

They've managed to gather up data from at least three companies that we know of.
I signed a privacy agreement with Verizon when I signed up... They handed over my personal information anyway. So, they're ALL GUILTY.

15. I would be shocked if the company gave their people anything to say |
|
maybe in time they will come up with a script about this scandal or something, but more likely the customer service people will be on their own.

The articles I've read specifically say Verizon AND Verizon Wireless. They went out of their way to say BOTH. Someone is lying to you.

when I used to have verizon residential and wireless they let me combine my bill into one for a discounted rate. I would bet that if one handed the records over, the other did as well.
