Democrats! Demand Investigation Into Media Polls Favoring NSA Spying
IMO, it's time for Democrats to start calling out the mediawhores who intentionally publish misleading poll information in favor of GOP policies.

This isn't just about the NSA and it's TIA program, spying etc.

It is ALSO ABOUT THE MEDIA COLLUDING with the GOP and Bush Administration in an attempt to manufacture support for heinous crimes where none actually exist.

Democrats need to state flat out "Americans do NOT support the Bush/GOP position on this issue. And when some Mediawhore presents some poll, they need to be trained to respond with derision for the bogus poll information.

2. Amen!
These polls are laughably crafted to skew the results. The Democrats need to DIRECTLY address the BushCo noise machine operatives and outlets.

7. I'm just sayin........
I can't remember how many times I read "let's DU this poll" over and over and over. A rally cry goes out to get as many people to respond to a poll as possible, I'm sure all side do this. Poll information is skewed and manipulated by BOTH sides on a regular basis, statistically speaking everybody is correct in their own point of view.

Not everything is the burden of the Democrats, wasting time on a wild goose chase regarding a pointless poll is silly. Polls are just opinions, and screened opinions at that, I think I can prove via a poll that 75% of the responders believe that glass is a solid. It is actually a liquid, but my point is in the grand scheme of things ...who really cares? Bush is not running again so I couldn't care less about his "poll" numbers, and anybody makes his/her mind up based on any media poll is best left behind.

I hear these "battle cries" for the Democrats, and then I keep seeing the republicans get what they want. I don't think Democrats are as organized, or as focused as they need to be.

6. Democrats call out media bias to their faces? In your dreams.
I've been called a "DEM basher" for 2 straight years for suggesting that.

Good luck.

8. Considering the fact that the "librul media" is a myth...
why would they be calling out bias against themselves?

11. I'm saying that Democrats need to confront media people.
Edited on Fri May-12-06 02:38 PM by Dr Fate
And ask them, to their faces, on camera "Why did you not cover this story..." Or "Why did you repeat this untrue statement about me over and over on your program?..." No- forget "ask" they need to DEMAND an answer.

Etc, etc. Maybe if EVERY Dem decided to tell the truth about the media, the media would not get away with lying or omitting facts so much.
