Did Graham Actually Coach Samuel Alito?

I've read numerous posts on here referring to Lindsey Graham actually coaching Alito w/ his responses?

Is that true? Does anyone have any links to reports/news accounts on this?

I find it a toal conflict of interest.

1. Feingold asked Alito

to provide a list of those people who were in on the "moot court" prep session. He asked yesterday afternoon for Alito to provide the list this morning.....wait until Feingold gets his turn to see if he got the list.

2. Knowing it and proving it are two different things. BUT

repubes are famous for their "counselling" sessions and their closed door meetings. He probably told the Alitos that he would be bringing up "hurtful things that dems have said", and that it might be painful for his family.."wink wink,nod-nod.. ya-know-whut-I-mean".

9. So if it's been admitted...

why aren't the Dems making a big stink about it? This should force Graham to recuse himself from voting out of committee...I believe it's called a conflict of interest.

11. OR they can nail ScAlito on falsifying documents

submitted to Congress. One of the reasons they dumped Harriet was because he didn't properly fill out the paperwork, or so they wanted us to think. Perhaps, they can find him in contempt for not being forthcoming? That is, if Graham was really there.

I tend to think that he was. He was stone cold silent today during the hearings and not on "camera" at all today. They must have something on him ...
