Bin Laden on the Move; New Sightings in Pakistan
Bin Laden on the Move; New Sightings in Pakistan
May 24, 2006 10:40 AM

Alexis Debat Reports:

Pakistani government sources tell ABC News they have "credible reports" that Osama bin Laden and his entourage have moved down from high mountainous peaks along the Afghan border to a valley area 40 miles inside the Pakistan border.

The officials say the reports put bin Laden around Kohistan's Kumrat Valley.

Officials said the reports were validated by the release of bin Laden's audio tape yesterday, which appears to have been recorded only two weeks earlier.

11. But his party mix is keeping all the kids busy to his tight number:
"Shake it upz You da thang! You western devil slut who follows Satan's call."

All the hip clubs are playing it.

Makes as much sense as a 6'6" Saudi on kidney dialysis hiding in a cave in Pakistan.

6. I had a wild conversation with a girl who was in Quetta for a period of
time in 2003. She claims in all sincerity that her then-husband housed bin laden. She's a pakistani girl who was married off to a man she had been promised to from an early age. She was able to escape the marriage and move to London.

All these years I've been absolutely SURE OBL is dead... and somehow, that one conversation rang a bit too true.

Now I doubt my convictions.

Her info checks out. OBL was indeed rumored to be in Quetta at the time she claimed.

It IS absolutely possible that she made the whole thing up. But... my gut tells me she may be 'truthing'.

Damn.

8. Bin who?
Come on, they keep spotting this guy and NO one can pick him off? And we're meant to believe Bush** has a better record on terrorism than Clinton?

No improvement of border security, no improvement of port security, can't catch the man accused of organizing the 9-11 attacks despite numerous sightings....The only thing Bush** has made great strides in is spying on Americans.

Gee, I feel safe.

"I'm sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please hang up and try again."

17. Isn't he dead?
I saw a picture of him and Mousouai(?) and he looked like death warmed over! Unless he's receiving some real good care, I don't see how he could still be among the living.

US Embassy in Japan Warns of Possible Threat - Reuters

Wednesday, May 24, 2006

TOKYO (Reuters) - The United States embassy said on Wednesday it had received a possible threat against U.S. facilities in Japan and urged U.S. citizens to exercise caution. "The U.S. Embassy has learned of a possible threat against American facilities in Japan, the credibility of which has yet to be determined," the U.S. embassy in Tokyo said in a statement.

"Given the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, we advise American citizens to exercise caution and report any suspicious activities to authorities." America's Memorial Day holiday is on Monday, May 29.

Japan's top government spokesman, Shinzo Abe, said he had no information that suggested there would be an attack in Japan. "We do not have any concrete information that a terrorist attack will be carried out in Japan," he told reporters.

Since the September 11, 2001, attacks on the United States, security has been tight around the U.S. embassy and other facilities related to the United States in Japan.
