New contestant for dumbest FRetard post ever
I know, I know, the competition is fierce. Over the years, I have received hours of amusement from these pointy-headed little freaks. But this one, in a thread discussing a sharp rise in home foreclosures in SE Florida, is a real contender for dumbest, most mean-minded, hate-mongering post of at least the last 20 minutes.

To: ex-Texan
I read the forclosure notices daily. There is a very significant number of forclosures of single women.

Going it alone as a single young woman or divorcee getting the house is failing. They can't hack having it all.

They got spiders in their brains, that's all I can say. And can't even spell foreclosure.

1. wouldn't have anything to do with the interest rates, inflation, cost
of living, gas, and no wage increase over the last 5 years.

I guess all of the single me are doing just peachy.

Fucktards :crazy::crazy:

9. Not to mention pay inequity based on gender, combined with deadbeat dads
40% less income combined with unshared cost of raising the kids will often make it harder to survive financial emergencies.

2. Grammar, such a bugaboo
I'm pretty sure the women are not being foreclosed, though their houses might be going through foreclosure.

Divorcee?! Is that still used? I swear that went out around the 50s or 60s; at least in common usage.

And of course, them thar divorcees didn't in fact purchase a home on their own, they got the house presumably in the divorce which rendered them a divorcee?!

3. I object to the use of "tard" as an insult.
But as I've noted before, I've come to terms with the fact that I'm something of a voice in the wilderness on that one.

I find it objectionable, too.

5. :)
I did like "spiders in their brains," though. That cracked me up.

6. Of course, that's why as a divorced mother in 1971, I bought my first
house. For all you younger people, that was in the time when very few women had credit records in their own names and landlords refused to rent to single women, etc.

And of course, I'm sure this idiot assumes that if a 'single' female name appears in the notice, it is a truth that the woman is unmarried. Maybe these women just buy real estate in their names only.

8. That didn't make any sense. Sounds like something GW would
say. But I liked this: "They got spiders in their brains"
