Are there any stats on bush tax cut benefits by state?

I was thinking the average benefit per Nebraskan has got to be pretty low on the list and certainly lower than "evil liberal states" like CA, MA, NY. I wonder if the nimrods in this state would still support tax cuts in that case. Does anyone have any info on this?

1. no, but my county raised local taxes due to federal cutbacks

and that's what happens. everyone that got a $40 tax refund and voted for numbnuts for preznit probably got a $500 local tax increase to offset the federal spending cuts.
