I need emergency HTML assistance - who can help? |
|
I am launching a new site in the AM coinciding with my appearance on the Thom Hartmann show. The site is almost ready but I'm having some HTML formatting problems. This is not my area of expertise. I have a few other things to do to be ready for tomorrow and this is eating away at my limited time. Are there any HTML whizzes here who can help me? Please use PM to let me know.
Thanks in advance.
Peace.

2. If you post this in the Lounge, you'll probably get all kinds of help very |
|
quickly....
And I think there's a techie forum, too, but I don't know if they're up at all hours like the Lounge Lizards are :D

4. It would be helpful if you post the actual problem or issue ... |
|
that you need assistance with, though....
rather than a generic "HTML assistance required" because your problem could potentially be something that many people could assist with if given some detail. Or it might be something that requires great expertise.
But without knowing the level of HTML knowledge or detail that is required in your current circumstances, posting for HTML help without any indication of what you need might scare off a whole lot of people who might actually be able to help.
(Just saying, because I want you to get the help you're looking for within your deadline)
Good luck!

5. Thank you. Several people have PM'ed me |
|
I've provided the code to a few people offering their skills. Should I delete this thread?

(and I'm not sure you could even if you wanted to, but that's beside the point)
It is a tribute to this wonderful community called DU that so many people rose to the occasion to try to help you out in the middle of the night in your emergency situation ~ there is no limit to the expertise on various and sundry topics around here! It's a veritable cornucopia of knowledge :D
Gotta love that!
Anyway, I hope you found the answers you were looking for and that the emergency has been solved.
Now, do tell, what time are you going to be on the Thom Hartmann show? I'd love to listen in, and I'm sure many other DUers would, too.

I haven't tested all kinds of browsers, but it works fine in Safari now.
