Do any of those 30,000 Iraqis Bush admitted killing have family members? |
|
Pissed off family members? Pissed off enough for them to want to come and kill me or you in retaliation for Bush having their family members killed? What do you guys think?

2. Hell no! their families all disowned them when they heard |
|
they'd disgraced the family name by not dodging the nice American bullets.
And they're all burning in Hell because they didn't take JAYSUS as their personal savior before they died.
Didn't you read the briefing book?

3. Well. some of them are already killing US troops in Iraq in retaliation |
|
So, it is not unimaginable that some of them may decide to bring some of their rage over here. People who are so destitute that they will blow themselves up as long as they can take along a few Americans probably don't have much of a preference as far as location goes.
What a mess. I think it's only a matter of time before "they" are fighting "us" "over here".

4. Another weird thing about this war on terrorism. |
|
What is our strategy? What you suggest is obvious. There must be countless more folks that hate our violence spreading guts than there were before 911. It is why I despair for our future. I despair because it is obvious to me that a never ending war serves the purpose of this oil cabal. It lets us kill and terrorize any part of the planet that it serves our purpose to do so. This Orwellian turn to our reality still shocks me.

5. If they believed in the family and had strong family values do ya think |
|
Lord Bush would have invaded them? No, of course not. Lack of family values in Iraq is why we had to go over there in the first place--to straighten their shit out.

6. there's 300 people in Gitmo |
|
Edited on Sat Jun-03-06 05:40 PM by Cocoa
but there's thousands of people in Iraq that are way more dangerous (because of the war) than any of the Gitmo prisoners.

7. Start in Guatemala 1954, |
|
for example if you want to do that exercise, and work forward taking into account all deaths as a direct result of overseas policy. As you work forward take into also take into account not only children but also the grandchildren they never saw and greatgrandchildren etc etc moving ahead from now. Might help convey to you the scale of the problem and why one day 9/11 might pale into insignificance.
Just my opinion on the scale of the problem.

8. Not what I think. What I saw on a recent documentary. |
|
A film crew snuck into Afghanistan. They followed marine raids into communities. And nearly found themselves in jeopardy when authorities discovered their presence. LinkTV.
I won't forget the interview they did with a man who had lost it all. His house, his family, his job, his country. He, like many others, had nothing to stay for. He made it clear that there was great reason for people in his position to take revenge against the US, as they had nothing else in their lives. The sentiment was- what else could they do?
Before the war, I used to laugh when I thought about the stupidity of the claims that we were in great danger here. I mean, who would leave their land and travel all of the way here just to cause trouble? Come on! Leave family, job, friends. Spend money they probably didn't even have? But now? Now, it's different. They'd do anything to drop a few Americans.

10. Five years ago I used to think whats the matter with them crazy Iranians... |
|
...and their "the USA is the great Satan" crapolla. I thought they were all nuts. Now we have Bush and his minions who have proved themselves crazier than the Iranians ever were. And not with just words either. With their deeds. We have come a long way in a short time.

12. It is ironic isn't it? |

Thank you George!
I thought my 80 year old mother was nuts the first time she told me she wanted him to run for a second term, until she explained that it would unfold their agenda and expose them for who they really are.

9. babies will be raised with these stories, onward another generation |
|
It takes a couple generations to quit the revenge stuff (at least a couple generations). I am not so concerned about them showing up at my doorstep, but continuing the violence against, oh, places people are in general, USAnians in specific.

We can expect a true increase in terrorism--which is just fine by Bush (and the hidden agenda behind him). The thing is, also, the people of those cultures are known for remembering and harboring grudges over many generations.
