This is the most important movie you will ever see. I just finished seeing it and I am scared and motivated to work on this issue. We can't pretend this crisis doesn't exist any longer. This has to be the planet's first priority. Just go see it!!!

Even if you can't see the movie, we all need to make changes in our lives. Demand that politicians will take action. Reduce driving, reduce your own energy consumption, support candidates that will make a difference.

3. I contacted the largest theater chain in my area

and asked when they would be showing it. They aren't listed on that link. The movie is bringing in big box office $'s in the few places that it has opened. Makes you wonder why it won't be showing in more theaters.

16. I just came back from seeing it.

I thought I knew a fair amount about the issue. It turns out I had no idea how bad it is. Gore's great gift is the ability to take complex scientific data and make it accessible to the average person without seeming condescending.

It is one of the great tragedies of this nation that this man was denied the victory that was rightfully his. If we lived by the notion that the candidate with the most votes--not the one with the most aggressive lawyers wins the election, the world would be a vastly different place.

18. Saw it today...a must, MUST see movie!

Gore laid it out like I'd never seen it done before. He used graphs, photographs, and even cartoons...but the real impact came from his presentation of the data.

Wow. It was nice to see my president...a man who is cogent, intelligent, and at times, funny.

I got it yesterday, because the movie won't open in my town for 2 weeks. Excellent presentation, very readable, and the science is right up to date.
