Nepotism - The New GOP Ideology
The word itself is based off of "Nepotism", to give positions of power to friends and family members. Nepotism, the ideology, is kind of like that.

Key points:
Socially Conservative
Ruining the government to let corporations and right wing churches take over
Rejects Public services
Does not know the meaning of "Conflict of Interests"
Supports the idea of the Free Market
Supports Tax Cuts for the Rich and even the Flat Tax
Allied with the religious right. Both because of shared Socially Conservative values and can use Religious leaders to motivate large amounts of people who will obey them
Believes that massive corporations are OK, and so...
Anti Environment
Anti Union
Anti Whistle-Blower

Some notable adherents:
Jack Abramoff
Tom DeLay
Ken Blackwell
Grover Norquist
