Al Franken's books: Available in German. |
|
Ann Coulter: None.
Guess there's no market for her beyond the big pond. Nothing translated from Bill O'Reilly or Rush Limbaugh, either. But - funny fact - if you search for all of them, Al Franken's book shows up. :)

1. yeah, I bought Lying Liars just after arriving in Germany... |
|
in Dec. '04.
I never knew the excerpt from O'Reilly's "book" could sound any dirtier... until I read the German translation.
Though that actually means you're not entirely correct: "nothing translated from Bill O'Reilly"? That's something from O'Reilly that's been translated; you just have to go to Al Franken to find it!

At least Al Franken gets paid for the translation of O'Reilly, that's OK! This means Coulter is translated too - but hey, all the fundies that only speak German have to buy Franken's book, then!

3. Actually, there's no need to translate O'Reilly's or Coulter's books |
|
into German. They're all based on Mein Kampf anyway, so Germans might as well read the original.
