Leave people alone!
This is to all the Repukes who are whining and complaing about others personal lives. LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE AND MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

You do realize that banning gay marriage is just something that will occur only on paper, it's not a religious or spiritual ban. And it doesn't effect so-called "traditional marriages", how can it? Does it some how change them? Does it some how invalidate other marriages? No it doesn't. I'm not gay, but that doesn't mean I should go around and try to take away people's rights. The constitution says every man created equal, no exceptions. The constitution is not for your personal opinions and agendas, it was made to assure we all have rights and fairness. Don't blame judges, they only interrupt the law as it should be, and since there is nothing in most places outlawing same sex marriage, how can they be out of line? I'm sick of hearing how outraged you are about how other people choose to live, when there is a war going on, a huge deficit and corrupt government. And maybe, just maybe your attitudes don't matter, because in about 20 to 30 years, maybe people won't care about this anymore and will not make others personal lives their business.

2. busybody bullies
Can't deal with changes they are not in control of.
If they can't dominate they'll destroy. That's what bullies do.

3. Great rant! I couldn't agree more! K&R!
I have a friend who's one of us, but he's never paid much attention to politics. Of course, I bring these things up, and he agrees with me, but he gets confused on the terms, LOL! He used to ask me, in all sincerity, trying to get this straight, to remind him whether we were liberals or conservatives, LOL! So I finally told him that one way of telling the two groups apart was that it's the conservatives who want to tell everybody else what to do!:grr:

It's not just gay marriage, but this seems to be their signature issue. Jack Cafferty read a priceless e-mail, just yesterday, I think, from a grandmother of seven. And this lady, who had been married for a lot of years, asked how allowing gay people to marry would possibly affect her or her marriage?! This is just a no-brainer! Jon Stewart put it best. He said that with all the fuss over gay marriage, he had thought that it must be mandatory!

And you're sure right that this is the last thing that the Bush* administration should be spending their energy on! With people dying as a result of his failed war, the deficit, unemployment, gas prices, the tragedy of NOLA, lack of health care in this country, global warming, new terrorist threats, bin Laden still on the loose, renewed violence between the Israelis and the Palestinians, the very real threat of North Korea, and everything else that is seriously and dangerously wrong in this country and in the world, this is what concerns them?! If that's all they're worried about, then they really are insane and anyone who buys into this has got to be even crazier!!!
