As the wife of a firefighter who was disabled by 9/11, I am offended that a supposedly literate business, a bookstore, would promote a woman who is promoting herself on the graves of 3000 dead fellow New Yorkers. Ann Coulter's new book is the personification of evil, and your promotion of her book indicates that you share her values: do you think the widows of 9/11 are enjoying their husband's deaths, and are harpies whose husbands were probably going to divorce them?? And then Coulter ripped up a letter from your town committee member - and the audience cheered. Does this seem familiar to you?? Germany, circa 1939?? And you promote this???

Shame, shame on you. You have created major bad will against your company, and it will mark you as promoting the Republican party's message of hate and divisiveness.

There are a number of threads about what she said - she is evil.

4. I called after sending my email

and the bookstore owner did not know about her calls for poisoning Justice Stevens, and to kill Arab leaders and convert their followers.

Call him and be prepared with some quotes. I told him that he should put out a press release stating that having her was a mistake, because he said it may have been a mistake. He was a decent guy, but he needs to hear from more of us. And please be polite - he was polite, and open to our views.
