I predict : Tomorrow there will be polls showing * 's #s improving. |
|
I had wondered why we didn't see polls for 3-6 weeks. Guess they were waiting for Zarqawi.

3. Maybe so, but they will plummet again when |
|
Fitz files his next indictment, another nasty Bush-Gestapo secret is exposed, gas prices go up again, interest rates go up, the dollar falls, people lose a fortune in the stock market, more layoffs are announced, etc.
There are more things lurking in the shadows that will bring his numbers back down to reality, where they belong. Bush is a horrible President, the worst one ever in the history of the country. He deserves to have a 5% approval rating.

Whatever minor bounce he gets from this will soon be obliterated by more ugliness on the horizon, including more Hadithas, more NSA shenanigans, an economic bust and so on and so on.

When *'s numbers dive, all the polls cease. When something happens that can raise his numbers, the polls will return.
Further proof the msm is propping up the lamest of ducks.

11. No, I got your point. And I agree with you, the polls are very quiet |
|
when the numbers are down, but when there's anything positive, it seems a new poll pops up daily.
We need to get rid of Bush and his Gestapo, then restore the Fairness Doctrine to do away with this propaganda we've been getting.

8. Oh, sure, they are polling people now I bet. It doesn't change anything |
|
though. He still started a war that was unnecessary & costly-in lives and dollars and did so by cherry picking what he wanted to present to the American public as evidence of an immediate threat. The base fools will get excited about the kill and their media machines will try to whip the rest of their listeners into a frenzy over our great victory while totally ignoring that this actually changes very little except Bush's poll numbers.

Remind us that we have much to fear (the Gang of 17 arrested in Canada).
Then demonstrate Bush is the man to protect us by killing Zarqawi yet again (maybe for real this time).
Publish manufactured polls that show Bush's popularity zooming, rendered believable by the sleepy masses through endless spin of the first two facts.
And this is only the beginning. We have many weeks to go before election day 2006. They must create the perception that things are close in order to steal yet another election without stirring the rascal multitudes into actual revolt.
All this carefully orchestrated, very successfully, these last 6 years. Just way toooo obvious to some of us, but we "some" don't sum to a sufficient political force ... yet!
On edit: I expect OBL to be killed, too, but they'll save that for Jeb's run for the Presidency in 2008.

he doesn't pay any attention to the polls....I'm sure Rove was on the phone to the media two seconds after they got the word about Zarqawi.

13. I Predict: NO IMPROVEMENT! |
|
If anything, Bush's poll numbers will be LOWER!
If he really wants a positive move, he's going to have to start bringing the troops home. And he'll never do that, before it's too late.
