Who will be promoted to boogey-man status to take his place? They can't ever admit that the insurgency is primarily a home-grown reaction to the occupation, obviously. So who's driving the damn thing now? I mean, first it was Saddam and Osama. Then it was just Saddam. Then we caught Saddam, so it couldn't be him anymore. Then it was Syria for a little while, but they mended their ways. I'm thinking Iran's probably next. Or Venezuala. Or possibly France...

4. "We have made significant progress in fighting the Iraqi terrorists-
and the recent killing of Zarqawi has left them crippled.. and lea-der-less (anunciating the new word there). But there is still real fighting to do... blah blah..."

In other words, they'll just spin and lie. You know- the usual.

5. The End of the Line
The unwinnable war in Iraq has been lost.

Today's news is actually a political defeat for Bush.

There isn't an individual boogyman left in Iraq now to personify the resistence, the insurgency, the "terrorists".

* has just lost another bogus rationale for his genocide.

Indeed, Zarqawi was a controversial, splinter faction in the insurgency and his removal will probably make it easier for average Iraqis to indentify with and condone the resistence to American occupation.

The "moran-in-chief" might be smirking today, but his war is lost, victory is a mirage ... and, sadly, many more U.S. troops and innocent Iraqis will die before this war criminal and his gang of thugs are forced out of office.

9. Very true
We're now at a dangerous time. They're now officially "boogey-manless" and they need someone to take that role again.

Saddam's captured, al-Zarqawi's dead, OBL is in the witness protection program and even Qaddafi is a respected fellow capitalist.

Interesting to see who's the next enemy to end all enemies.

10. Chavez.
Didn't you know he's been funding the Iranian nuclear program? The IED parts being smuggled from Iran into Iraq are manufactured in Venezuela?

12. Civil War. "We're there to bring peace and stability long enough...
for the feuding sides to recognize that the ballot box is the best place to resolve their differences."

Damn. I could write Bush's lines for him. Excuse me while I blow that part of my brain out.
