Zarqawi dead/alive..not the point we should be making loud and long
Edited on Thu Jun-08-06 11:26 AM by mtnester
The point is OSAMA still walks around a free man....OSAMA who was actually responsible for 9/11, OSAMA OSAMA oh where art OSAMA!?!?!

Every Dem talking head should be shouting "Great, Zarqawi, real bad guy, glad he is finally dead...now when do we go after OSAMA, the mastermind behind 9/11 the same way we went after Zarqawi?" This should be done en masse, and if our elected officials had any nads at all, also across party lines.

If we cannot get people angry and aware NOW over the EFFORT made to hunt Zarqawi down and kill him while OSAMA walks free, apparently at will, then we miss an opportunity to remind the US and world population that he is out there....STILL...as a result of the miserable failure of this president to protect and care about the citizens of this country because he is too busy catering to his base, protecting his cronies, and racking up a fortune for the companies he will work for after he leaves office.

Oh, I am SURE we will be seeing a video from OSAMA very very quickly...so we need to start chanting his name NOW. Every interview needs to include some type of sentence about why don't we have OSAMA.

Again, just why don't we?

I am making this my personal TPM....since the right wingnuts have decided to erase 9/11 as a terrible tragedy (i.e. Ann Coulter as one example)by downplaying or belittling ir degrading it so that we FORGET about 9/11, so that we FORGET about OSAMA. Someone has to REMIND everyone about OSAMA..I just pray some of our Dem leaders will have the foresight to talk about it NOW.

On Edit - rant off

2. I agree 100%
The only thing I will say though is that Bush already said he is not interested in Osama, so the Freeps dont care about him...monkey say, monkey do.

The dems should however be driving this point home, and they should have been doing it for a long time now.

3. Yeah, but....
if we put the onus on Bush to get OBL and he DOES then we've played into his hands.

I think we need to emphasize more traditional Democratic principles like universal healthcare, etc.
