lets ignore all future supreme court decisions, they're just silly laws |
|
who gives a damn if these guys will be here as bush's representatives for the next 50 odd years, i say we ignore their ridiculous and antiquated and quaint laws, much like bush does.
afterall, we are the people, and we can do whatever the fuck we want now, there is no more rule of law, by bush decree.

2. Sorry Mopaul, only republicans can do whatever the fuck they want. |
|
Only the rulers can ignore the law. We plebes can be taken into custody and spied on without a warrant, and without being able to put up a defense.
The "no more rule of law" decree only applies to our dictator-in-chief, King George!

4. Grow the wrong plant and they will take your farm. without a trial no less |
|
You are being ruled and not governed. There are good laws and there are tyranny laws. I am not so sure which laws come with torture provisions, but that will come without a trial too.

6. Bush and others ignored the rule of law well before Bush... |
|
Edited on Sat Jan-14-06 07:44 PM by PhilipShore
I am not a lawyer.
The Bush thieves-- have been ignoring state and federal rules of law well before the year 2000. I know this, for a fact, because I have had an experience with a bunch of Repuke thieves in Miami, whom I came across in my discovery in my civil suit. They simply just ignored the rule of law, which of course benefited them and not me.
My research found actual facts that they actually ignored laws-- from at least 1967 to present.
I sued parties whom laundered money for the 9/11 terrorists-- and whom were one of the largest campaign contributors for Jeb bush in Florida.

7. I had a minor epiphany the other day about why Bush |
|
gets away with what he gets away with. It's because he's Commander-In-Chief and he has an awesome military at his disposal that he can order to do anything, anywhere and at anytime.
What if he didn't? What if the Pentagon honchos one day told him and Rumsfeld that they don't recognize either of their authority because it's now known that they cheated on the elections?
I mean he would have no power in an instant. His Praetorian Guard, the Secret Service really wouldn't be up to the task of forcing the Pentagon to do what Bush and Rummy wanted them to do.
This is how Roman emperors kept their power by keeping their legions happy. Once they were deserted by their legions, it was good bye emperor half-ass and hello we are getting ourselves a new Emperor.
And they were able to do this without disrupting the ordinary Romans going about their daily business. Sure a few Patricians who chose the wrong side were crucified, but all in all the transitions were pretty easy, until the next emperor pissed off the legions again.
It just food for thought. How does a cowardly snake like him get this kind of power and how does it get broken?
