a few things to say about this later. But, for right now, I will simply say it isn't as bad as it might appear to be for those who want to see justice in the case, nor is it as good as those who are upbeat and happy to trash democrats for wanting to see Rove indicted.

We are in a struggle. It's a tough fight. There are going to be set-backs and disappointments. This is one of them. But it's not like Karl has emerged clean and stronger than ever. The White House had said Karl had nothing to do with the leak, and it has been shown that he absolutely did. For reasons we can only speculate about, a decision was made not to indict him in federal court. But that doesn't mean the Wilsons won't target him in a civil suit, or that we should not continue to focus on his role in the scandal.

that this "story" was broken by Rove's lawyer and ALSO he stated:

"On June 12, 2006, Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald formally advised us that he does not anticipate seeking charges against Karl Rove."

Does not "anticipate" seeking charges. My comprehension is that Rove is NOT off the hook.
