Here's my request to Jon Tester of MT (I've emailed him here).

Bring Al Gore to MT. Put fire in the seats of the Dems and frustrated Burns folks.

1. 2000
Looks like Gore got about 33% of the vote there in 2000 so it might be a gamble.

3. That was a lifetime ago.
When people still thought a blowjob was the worst thing that could happen to the White House.

5. Hell No! Gore's endorsement is a curse.
Look what it did for Howard Dean.

6. The corporate owned MSM
trashed Howard because Al endorsed him. The corporate owned MSM trashed Al because he empowered you when he championed the internet.

9. Are you endorsing state-owned media
as an alternative to corporate-owned media? And with all due respect, Howard Dean did not empower me. I was perfectly capable of using the internet when he was still the governor of lily-white Vermont.

11. I never said Howard empowered you, I said he was trashed because
Al endorsed him.

I have no problem with corporations owning the media, but they are far too conglomerated in to just a few hands. Five or six corporations own 80%-90% of everything the people see, hear or read. Under the Bush maladministration this monopoly of corporate owned MSM is basically controlled by the government through collusion or intimidation anyway, and the same people are trying to kill public television and neuter the internet. They will not be happy until they control everything.

8. I'd say sure, anytime. Al Gore would be a huge asset & it would
surely give a boost to Democrats running for just about anything.

I like your notion of contacting Jon Tester, and I hope he takes you up on a great idea.

If Al Gore got off a plane in the State of Montana to attend a rally for Democratic candidate for the U.S. Seante, Jon Tester, it would be on the front page of every newspaper in the state the next morning.

I see only good coming out of that.
