Shag Oil Companies Executives on MTP now.
CEOs of Chevron, ConocoPhilips, and Shell are defending their profits and inaction on alternative fuel research. One of them has that shit-eating-grin like Pat Robertson. At the same time, they are all saying, "We're going to shag you and everyone you love."

1. I saw 'Inconvenient Truth' last night
and have decided on a few things I can do starting today... one of them is deciding where I buy gas for our two vehicles - it either be Citgo (Venezuela) or when that is not close or available, BP (British). Not perfect solutions but I refuse to personally add any more the Exxon Mobil Shell cabal.

3. I have access to CITGO, but often they don't have "Pay at the Pump"

availability. I hate standing in line behind the LOTTO players. But I try to plan my purchases to avoid EXXON even though they have five times as many gas stations here, including around the corner.

Onedit: we don't even have BP where I live as far as I know.

10. That's too bad
I have access to about 4 different Citgo stations within a 5 mi radius and about as many BP and for any gas station not to offer a pay at the pump around here would spell doom for them staying in business. (I live in the Chicago suburbs)

Wonder why you have no BP stations?

2. "Energy independence is going in the wrong direction"--Shell Oil President
Edited on Sun Jun-18-06 09:59 AM by wordpix2
Hofmeister on MTP.

O'Reilly of Chevron: "We need to open access to oil and gas here in this country."

Hofmeister of Shell: "Energy independence is going too far."

Mulva of ConocoPHillips: "Retail gas is struggling...the (profit) numbers are big but so is our investment."

:puke:

These asshat bastards would love to get their greedy hands on the continental shelf, Alaska and the Rockies.

:grr:

govt and people who own the mineral rights. I'll be watching the KerrMagee case.

their markets from ever having independence from them. Man, I'd love to read those company memorandum.

11. Its time
that we the people exercise our rights to full protest even to violence.
We can no longer continue to live as though we are in "NAZI GERMANY".
They are telling us that we can't do anything about anything they do to
us,because they have the law and the congress and courts against us.
They have authorization to rape, pillage, plunder or anything they
please without anyone doing anything about it. I am so pissed off at
this and I want closure.
