By JIM ABRAMS, Associated Press Writer
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Scammers hoping to finance tropical vacations or season tickets to football games with federal disaster funds may have second thoughts with House passage of legislation imposing sentences of up to 30 years for fraud related to disaster relief.

3. And 30 years for presidents who fumble disaster preparation & avoidance |
|
and 25 years for passing the buck to your FEMA chief, and 10 years for people who lie about how the victims are the criminals so the public doesn't feel so bad about leaving a lot of innocent people for days without any assistance and, and how about 10 years for the police who wouldn't let people walk out of the city.
