It is becoming impossible to take them anymore. |
|
With every breath they take, Republicans and some Democrats might as well be beating a child or a baby.
They think they are so clever, so loyal to their leaders.
Whether the hell to pay is in the long or short term – it is and will be hell for the children and the babies.
They can’t even renew a voting rights law or come up with 50 cents or a dollar on the minimum wage while they vote themselves a $33,000 dollar a year raise?.
How pitiful, how utterly pitiful.
If I were younger – I would refuse to have children. Absolutely refuse. Why put them through the pain?
These are pitiful creatures; non-humans who have made it into leadership positions which are nothing more than destruction positions.
I refuse to participate in 4th of July celebrations. Everything I've been taught about my country is a lie. I will refuse to join with any Republicans who are still devoted to their leaders, who own stock in the corporations that are bringing us down, who contribute to Republicans, and whose representatives are despicably brainwashed and imbecilic in their partisanship.

never give up on America. We are America. It is not some trade-marked slogan by the GOP. This is our Country. Progressives built the things that are great about our Country and that all political spectrum's enjoy. Minority rights, Women's rights, workplace safety, fair wages, freedom of religion, public education, and the list goes on.
also... welcome to DU. :hi:

4. That was actually $33,000 over the nine years the min wage has |
|
not been increased -- but still, an unconscionable amount for them to receive as raises considering their job performance.

to get it right.
It's like a constant ulcer pain.
It's like reading the saddest, most tragic book in the world over a six year period. Every day for six years. Instead of death and theft on a page - it's for real.
Utter cruelty.
Thanks for straightening me out.

6. Cruelty is the right word. Congresscritters have top-notch healthcare |
|
but it never seems to dawn on them that the rest of us might like to avoid dying in the street if we happen to get a ruptured appendix.
The pain is constant, yes. And the anger seems to be building out of it. I don't advocate pitchforks and torches at the gates, but fewer and fewer routes of action become available.
For me, the fenced off "Free Speech Zone" thing was the last straw. Who do they think they are, exactly???
