Miami Terror Indictment: Both CNN Legal Analysts call indictments "thin."
They have a former federal prosecutor (Paul Callan) as well as a former Anti-Terrorism Joint Task Force member (Mike Brooks.

Both agree the indictments are "thin," they seem to be about conversations mostly, and that their usage of the word "jihad" in the indictment is ridiculous and will become a source of controversy in the coming weeks.

Paul Callan says that the only independent action (action not led by FBI informant) taken by the indicted seems to be the photographs, but the digital camera was supplied by the FBI.

Interesting.

6. That's thier modus operandi these days.
Entrapment by a paid informant in the employ of the FBI played a big part in at least one of the Green Scare arrests too.

10. Of course they were - just like they pushed the 93 WTC bombing
and likely the 01 WTC/Pentagon attack.

In 93, an FBI Informant was inside the "terror cell" that eventually carried out the attack. The FBI told him to suggest the target, they told him to suggest the weapon, and when he was asked to provide the explosives he went to the FBI and asked to be given phony explosives. The FBI instead gave him REAL explosives to which he vigoroously complained. Then, the FBI refused to move to round up the "terror cell" until AFTER the bombing.

He testified to all this years ago, but no-one paid any attention. I am positive if these current guys were SERIOUS, they would have been supplied explosives to carry out the attack by the FBI, who would have swept in after the bombing to round them all up. The reason they have been busted NOW is probably because they REFUSED to do it.

3. If they indict these guys on using the word 'jihad' then they should
indict Sen. Lieberman for using jihadists to describe his American opponents.

4. It'll quietly be dismissed
But we'll never hear about that.

It's becoming clear what happened--a bunch of guys were hanging around Miami in their little ninja outfits saying how they'd like to be terrorists, when an FBI agent shows up and introduces himself as your friendly local Al Qaida representative.

11. It pays to be scared of Ninjas
Because, as we all know - The purpose of the ninja is to flip out and kill people.

12. The seventh ninja is there.
He's just invisible. Invisible ninjas are the most dangerous ones of all.

5. Did you see the interviews of the people who lived around
the area. "yeah, they were weird... always wearing those head things so you could only see their eyes" "they were always praying at something and holding hands".... this activity was so horrible, not one neighbor thought to contact the fbi or the local police...

13. You know how ridiculous it has gotten?
A year ago they arrested a guy in New York for terrorist activities. What did they say he was going to do? Bring down the Brooklyn Bridge by hack-sawing one of the legs off.

This actually got national attention for a couple of days.
