Given the evident fact that law enforcement and the mainstream media devote all their attention to 'Muslim' terrorists, while studiously ignoring fundamentalist Christian, white supremacist, libertarian and other right wing terrorists, my advice to any disgruntled Islamists thinking of setting up a terrorist cell is very simple.

Divide your operational funds into two piles of roughly equal size. One pile will be used to fund your atrocity of choice. The other you will conspicuously donate to the Republican Party. You might also consider registering to vote as a Republican and, if your funding is sufficiently large, throw a fundraising bash for your nearest Republican Congressman/Governor/Assemblyman/etc.

You will now be completely untouchable and able to carry out your nefarious plans with no fear of capture. Indeed, you can probably rely on your new Republican friends to help you out, since your terrorist attack will be a Godsend for them in their eternal quest to destroy America's traditions of freedom and liberty. This is what is known to game theorists as a win/win.
