OK for the Gen. to do it. IMO Bush don't like the Gen. doing it either because even though he said it was up to the Gen. he thought the Gen. knew that "Bush is the decider."
When the dinner bell rings for Gods sake don't say dinner time. Bush might throw a fit and say, "I get to say dinner time and don't you forget it."

what is the difference, they know that this is the same thing the dems were asking for last week. They spend the weekend putting all of their generals on to say its not really a plan because it can be changed WHAT THE HELL IS IT IF IT ISN'T A PLAN ! Its a plan that can be changed and it still is a timetable, these bastards are ridiculous!
