BUSH HAS A PLAN: SPEECH IN CLAYTON, MO
"We've got a plan to succeed, plan for victory, a plan that will enable a new ally in the war on terror to govern itself, sustain itself and defend itself." He said.

I wish they would share this plan with the rest of us.

Kind of reminds me of Nixon's secret plan to win in Viet Nam. He actually won an election with that.

Actually, I would be more than happy just to see a draw-down plan. A Democratic draw-down plan would be the best.

2. I can't believe more people didn't jump on this one.
Could a reporter please just ask what the plan is?

Of course they probably have to keep it secret in order to protect American lives.:sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm:

Whoops! Got kind of carried away with the sarcasm button. But it's so much fun.

3. He has no plan..Nixon didn't either...
But looking at the top stories over the past few days ie: slashing out at the NYT, the outspoken ridicule of santorum and the wmd story, the senate hearings regarding pre war intelligence, and today the supremes ruling about gitmo...it may be that we're witnessing the beginning of a great unraveling of this administration.

Perhaps I'm just being hopeful, but I remember how the nixon regime disassembled...started slowly and then the dominoes just fell rapidly one after another.

Gore is scoring exceptionally well with global climate change, PBS had the damning program on cheney influence---

bush looked very rattled today at the press conference...more than usual. I have my fingers crossed that maybe the media will start piling on all the truth (especially now that the NYT was attacked)
