How to find out if someone has a warrant out for them?

I need to find a place to see if there is a warrant out on someone. Where would I look?

1. Federal or State?

If State, find the county you suspect and call the police there.

If Federal, maybe call the branch office of the FBI in that state?

My ex is on Douglas County, Nebraska. Violation of probation DUI, 3rd offense. He's a loser.
