i'm sick of tis 'the party chose lieberman' bullshit |
|
that ed schultz and the rest of joe's toadies are spewing. first off, the party hasn't chosen anyone, as they haven't voted yet. the party's delegates at the convention did not chose joe, either, as ed seems to imply. the delegates chose to go to a primary, and now the party gets to chose the nominee.
for joe 'petitioning republican' liberman to have his operatives out there claiming lamont is disloyal for following the process is laughable.

1. "party's delegates at the convention did not chose joe,"...well... |
|
Sort of, I believe that Joe-mentum got 60% or so but that once any 2 candidates gets 30% or more a primary must be done.

2. All the registered Democratic voters have the right to choose the |

candidate for senate, not just the delegates. I'm sick to death of the DLC method of choosing our candidates FOR US. Let the people speak at the ballot box, damn it!

They shut out everybody else and the media ignored several fine and very electable candidates because of it.
