They showed pictures of Mumbai train bombing, and right after, they showed pictures of Chicago train accident passengers being treated with smoke inhalation on stretchers getting evacuated.

3. God Bless the Media
I live in the suburbs of chicago and todays news has been a bombardment of pictures of people evacuating the Blue Line. The reporters are even saying "Even though there is no link between todays events in india and the fire in the blue line...these people must be thinking about it" What the hell? The media today is all about scarring people, and when there is something that isn't linked to terrorism, they just imply that there is.....simply disgusting. Whats next? when someone blows up a car in Iraq are they going to make a link to daily commuters because they also are driving a car. "The car bombings and the rush hour traffic have no links together, but the people in iraq and the commuter were both using automobiles..so some people must be worried" I think I am going to get rid of my television

I am from the southern fringes of Chicagoland. (About as far south as you can get and still be called Chicagoland.)
