personal experiences.

my wife is getting the Lap-Band surgery... it is the least invasive and is reversible.

at the Hospital Seminar i was shocked to learn the statistics about Obesity, once you are morbidly obese, the doctor said the chances of losing the weight is essentially null, he did say there are isolated situations, but that they are rare, exceptionally rare..

the chances of heart attack, sleep apnia, asthma and diabetes are just catastrophic.

Obesity has gone up with the use of High Fructose Corn Syrup..
just Google; 'high fructose corn syrup obesity' there is a LOT of information.
if you are low in an enzyme it turns sugar into fat and effects the center of the brain that tells you you are full.. due to to turning sugar into fat you get really hungry and you seriton levels drop and messes up your mood and brain

i want to hear from people who have had gastric surgery and how it went for them.. what it cost etc, how the follow up went, skin tucks, etc..
