Would you be surprised if US troops are committing terrorism in Iraq?
That they are actually assisting the Shiites in some of their attacks upon the Sunnis? With the purpose of terrorizing Sunni citizens to prevent them from rebelling against the present Shiite government? Do you believe that is out of the realm of possibilities? That we may be putting some of our Vietnam tactics to use in Iraq? Or are we innocent bystanders - caught in the crossfire? Everything that happens between the Shias and the Sunnis is simply part of the on-going civil war? We would never resort to terrorism of any kind - especially after the recent Supreme Court decision?

2. We already know for a fact that British troops were caught driving...

a car loaded with explosives while disguised as Arabs.

And then the British Army attacked the Iraqi prison to free their operatives.

UK soldiers 'freed from militia'

Two British soldiers whose imprisonment prompted UK troops to storm a Basra police station were later rescued from militia, the Ministry of Defence says.

Brigadier John Lorimer said it was of "deep concern" the men detained by police ended up held by Shia militia.

Basra governor Mohammed al-Waili said the men - possibly working undercover - were arrested for allegedly shooting dead a policeman and wounding another.

The arrests sparked unrest in which Army vehicles were attacked.

3. No, it's not terrorism.
We've got uniforms.

Which makes it all OK.

4. I'm sure the CIA is doing a lot of awful things in Iraq that
we wont know about for years when it becomes all declassified. Thus is the nature of the US empire.

Especially when our damn media is afraid of investigative journalism and wont uncover atrocities unless they are right out in the open.

7. I'd be downright shocked if I thought they weren't.
And, probably in need of immediate psychiatric aid.

Given the glorious and bloodstained history of atrocities, assasination, genocide, subversion, torture, and other "frat boy" antics, perpetrated by our "peace loving" country, it would take a mind that looks for the tooth fairy to believe otherwise.

8. "Shock and Awe" was an act of terrorism.

9. Sharing intelligence at the very least.

Who, what, when, where. That sort of thing.

** And yes, military intelligence is the oldest oxymoron in the book.
