Where do the Hezbollah fighters come from?
Are these foreigners from other countries who have moved into Lebanon or are they and their ancestors originally from Lebanon? Does anyone know? The news never mentions this so I have no idea.

3. Founded by Iran, Funded by Iran
Hizbu'llāh was founded and funded by Iran, but it was founded in Lebanon. It was therefore originally an organization made up of Lebanese, but heavily influenced by Iranian policy.

As an analogy, imagine the United States creating a political party in Brazil. It would be made up of Brazilians, but would toe a close line to American ideology.

However, it is a magnet for anybody in the region who is attracted to anti-Israeli politics.

To extend the analogy, imagine that pro-American rebels from Argentina and Bolivia had moved to Brazil to join the US backed party.

In the end, hizbu'llāh is a militarily powerful minority political party in Lebanon. It by no means reflects the wills or desires of most Lebanese, who would be happy to live in peace.

5. If you ask the neonuts...
They would probably tell you Iraq, you know...the same place that Osama and Al Quaida teamed up with Saddam for the WTC attack.
