Anyone hear Bush speak to the NAACP?

I only heard a clip where Bush said the the African American community didn't seem to trust the Republican party. This seem to have gotten a large cheer of agreement, only for Bush to go into smug mode and basically tell them that's too bad comsidering he was from the Abraham Lincoln party. :wtf:
