Does it really matter about race ? |
|
It doesn't to me . I truly wish there was a way to find out just how many people base wars and killing being acceptable because of race or religion or hate . I have never been able to fully understand what this is about . I know it exists , you would have to be in a sealed jar not to know this .
When I see people in any setting or public place as friends or families moving about in life what I see is their attempt to get through the day and try to enjoy what they can , all children have the same look of wonder and the joy of innocence all most parents seem to care .
With all this killing and the way it is being done you would think , I would hope no one would care to take a life or even think about it . Yet this goes on right at this moment in such horrid ways and enormous numbers . It is always the citizens that suffer and die in great numbers , the people of the world who only have their small dream of some sort of life and that's all .
It's beyond me how it can be so easy for so many to look past this simple concept or put themselves on the receiving end of their hate and anger just to try to imagine what they are doing for a second .
I also am aware since I have been around for some time that rage and anger seems to be growing , you see it mainly on the roads while you drive your car , no one has a second to give an inch and what this does is stall everyone instead of trying to work together just a bit to allow things to flow you must give a bit and everyone can get home .
I do have to wonder who thinks of making these weapons and who has a job building these things if they have a conscience about it or is it just a job , time traded for money without a thought .
I don't think things will ever change , they seem to only become worse .
Last night I woke up from a dream , it was odd because it was something that happened when I was very young , a part of my life I have forgot , but for some reason it came back last night and was so real .
My family used to move from Illinois to northern florida for my father to work year round , this meant i went to many different schools and had to adjust . We ended up in a rented house in florida with sand for a lawn quite a change and quite a shock , then it was time for the first day of school and I boarded the bus , what I remember is that feeling that shot through my mind , will I find my way back home in this strange place , who will help me if i become lost , I know no one . This was a gripping fear for me at the time when I was maybe 8 . I can't imagine the fear and horror one of these children who are seeing and hearing bombs rip their lives apart must feel , this must be a nightmare they will never forget as I was able to do mine . How awful and how horrid and sad this must be , how insane and sick no one will save them and will allow this to continue .

Each time I hear about a bomb being dropped I remember a post in an Iraqi blog about a mom cradling her trembling crying child on a dark stairway all night long. If that child is still alive today I am sure that is a memory which will never go away.
Thanks for your post.

Is it time for a one world now? Whats coming will need all of us working together, not killing but cooperation. Plenty of money to be made saving our asses, can't anyone see this?

War based on ethnicity, religion, resources, land stealing or any such things is never moral. Unfortunately most of the wars in history have been based on such matters and probably always will.

5. Ah, a kindred soul, your feelings matter to everyone |

I saw nothing in your post about race, but I feel what you mean. Your avatar is Lennon, remember when he asked" Doesn't anyone believe in vibrations anymore?" Just think the best thoughts that you can (all of your thoughts are prayers), do honest activity, speak the truth, and all will come your way. As far as race goes, we're all one race The human race

floating in space, anyone who doesn't realize that there's only one race that matters -- the human race -- is a fool . . .
