As soon as it gets hot enough that everyone ends up turning on their air conditioners, the utilities beg people to shut them down. This would be like the gas company asking me to quit using the furnace because there's a blizzard! (although the gas company did ask a local plant to switch to propane during a blizzard some years back. Although the blizzard was predicted 3 days in advance, the gas company waited until the height of the storm to make the request. I know because I know the engineer who had to drive 10 miles through the worst of the storm to supervise the switch-over!)

1. It's just there to remind of you of what you are missing.
Just like Bush is here just to remind us of the liberty and peace we're missing.
