Hardball "Hot Shot" host panel...Might as well watch Fox
Made the mistake of wtching Hardball when they unveiled their "Hot Shot" panel of hosts -- Tweety, Cosby, Carlson and Scarborough.

Lessee -- Two rabid right wingers, one airhead conservative scandal monger and one politically bi-polar Tweety Bird.

According to the MSNBC Stars, Osma is parrotting left wing spin which will help Bush.....Hillary has gone crazy in pandering to the hard left while Laura Bush is a Saint.

And next up -- Is George Clooney becoming another Barbara Streisand/Tim Robbins left wing nut job.

Might as well watch Fox News.

And by the way, where the hell is Keith Olbermann?

1. I have noticed many talk shows have each other on as 'guests'--more
than say a year ago. like today--chris has bow-tie man--and the blonde difficult-to-listen to woman.

2. The only possible person on the left side - Keith and, of course, he
isn't there. Was he invited? I doubt it.

6. I know, I heard Tweets parroting (crowing?") about his hotshots
the other day. As soon as he mentioned who they were I shook my head and thought:" Gee, that sounds like a brainfest." :)

7. Chris is obsessed with Hillary Clinton. A friend of mine
visiting today was channel surfing and hit upon Hardball. We watched for several minutes and saw what was happening. We agreed to go to the Food channel. If anyone doubts the media bent towards the Republicans, they need to watch it. I am totally disgusted and plan to tell Chris that. I wonder if the GOP will up their paychecks after today's episode.

19. Democracy Now! Is a good watch.
Both LINK TV and FSTV carry it and Amy was just talking about the I-court investigating Bush and admin on crimes against humanity charges. These truth spieling indepenents could always use a little help, since they don't do commercials.

26. Last night I dozed off before Countdown was over and woke up
to see Rita Cosby putting on some type of demonstration of what looked like an abduction. That lady is just way too involved in the lurid details of the trashy stories she covers.

14. I turned it off as well...
I listened yesterday and there was a woman on who explained that Clinton had used the analogy before on CNN as had Newt Gingrich. Tweety totally ignores that as well as the comments from Al Sharpton and obama that the remark was not out of line. Chris is really kicking into right wing mode these days. Whatever, I really can't watch him anymore.

tweety can't help himself
he has so much self loathing for his own moral failures, he has to attack the left to relieve his anxiety.
i have said he belongs in an institution, but then again that cover all the idiot pundits.

15. There's a very easy solution....
don't watch.

No viewers = No show
Simple as that.

16. Yeah, Yeah yeah I know...But...
It is important what gets brodcast as "news" and mainstream opinion.

Like it or not, that's what shapes the political climate, which shapes what we get for elected officials and policy and a nation.

Ignore them at your peril.

I don't watch them on their own shows. Why would I watch them on Matthews. I'm not going to watch Matthews anymore either.

20. I'd suggest you let them know
My current crusade is that we have to start talking back (fighting bck) to these media whores, and remind them that moderates and liberals and progressives combined are AT LEAST half the country, and we're getting sick of their trash talk.

composing his letter to Matthews as we speak. I might just break my rule and watch him on Monday to see who his sponsors are so I can write to them too.

I am about to stop watching Hardball, because your show might as well be on Fox news....I think with MSNBC's anemic ratings, you might want to try to build an audience, rather than feeding us the same old conservative nonsense....Remember that at least half the country is on the center-to-left side of the political spectrum, and we're really tired of stale Republican talking points..

Your "Hot Shot" panel was about the last straw. Osama bin laden is talking like a left winger? C'mon. Give me a break....And you focus on Hillary's use of the ord "plantation" while ignoring the fact that the audience there cheered her. But they were just black liberals, so I guess they don;t matter in the Wonderful World of MSNBC.

One of these days you and the programming geniuses at MSNBC and CNN might figure out a very basic fact. Conservatives like Fox news. The rest of us are finding it more and more useless to watch MSNBC and CNN, when all you do is echo the same stale GOP spin and nonsense.

27. Olbermann isn't on because the only reason THESE Three Stooges are on is..
...that Rick Kaplan is not running their shows on Friday nights anymore. He decided that prison documentaries would get bigger ratings than these bozos.

Their booby prize is to appear on Tweety's show as "Hot Shots." I guess. Oh, and Rita gets to force Tweety to discuss the stupid honeymooning guy overboard on the cruise ship story. Sheesh.

Luckily, Olbermann gets to keep HIS Friday night show. Thank God!
