when did tony snow become the WH's press secretary? |
|
wasn't that less than six months ago? or, certainly not more than six months ago? yesterday they said this lady (whose name i did not catch) was, "substituting for the vacationing tony snow?" do you not have to be at a job at least one year to get one week's vacation?

3. Maybe To Provide Plausible Deniability |
|
Maybe something is happening this week. Maybe if Snow is out of the picture, somebody else can sub for him, say whatever needs to be said, and someday he'll be able to say, with a straight face, "I never said that."
I know, Tinfoil. Just havin' fun.

4. He probably earns it on the civil service formula |
|
You get a day off for every two weeks on the job. You combine it with weekends and holidays and you can swing a week off in no time.
It's not like civilian jobs, where you have to be employed a set period of time. You earn your leave from the get go. Conceivably, you could take a day off after being on the job two weeks.
And there's also LWOP--Leave without pay.
