The very specificity of the "banned" procedures begs the question... What is being left out? Does anyone doubt the inventiveness of those who would seek to torture?
I remember reading about the prgress we are making in the "weaponizing" of sound. Unbearable pain that leaves no mark, but can bring a person to their knees. Where was that new, exquisite brand of torture on the "banned" list?
