I hope the Redskins Monday night game is very secured |
|
I would be very worried to go into that stadium that night. In fact, I worry most about our football games, since there are so many people there at once.
If I find out we are not doing everything we can to make them secure, I will be extremely upset. Just as I was when we learned how little we are doing in regards to port security, nuclear proliferation, and training for security officers.
The flip side to how we are bending the war on terror to attain corporate goals, is how little we are doing to stop the actual threat of terrorism. This really pisses me off! Not to allow myself to be fearmongered, but I still worry about actual threats and situations that we are not addressing.
I worry about how we CNN is replaying their 9/11 footage all day Monday. To me, this could cause a smokescreen just as our military drills did 5 years ago.
