Abramoff's LISTS directing tribes' contributions -- where are they?

"The Post also has copies of lists sent to tribes by Abramoff with his personal directions on which members were to receive what amounts.

Have these lists been made public anywhere?? Are Democrats on the list, and does it reflect advice to lower contributions to them? I'd really like to see these "lists." Anybody know?

7. I was pondering that graphic this morning

What is is supposed to show anyway? It just looks like a cut and paste mess.

I son't understand what the word "request" means there. Is that what the tribe was suggesting (the hard copy before the markovers) or was that what Abramoff was supposed to be requesting (including the markover amounts)?

I am so damn confused by that graphic - what could it mean?
