Dying Vietnam Vet Struggles to stay alive for V.A benefits

Rex King lives for two things. First there is his wife Vicki,the mother of six grown children and love of his life. Second is a successful end to his four-year quest to get Veterans Administration to approve his claim for 100 percent service-connected disability.

Exposed to Agent Orange during his Navy service in Vietnam,King 58,now has four terminal illnesses that have been connected to chemicals used by the military to destroy jungle cover. TWO years ago he was given six months to live.He has been close enough to death to have been administered the last rites of the church three times.
