Why are we worrying and complaining about Chavez when

we have only about six weeks until election day? I think we could better spend our time getting our shit together so we can get our country back on the right track. I laughed when he called duffess the devil but thats all the time I could waste on the comment. Elections are coming and we must stay focused on the issues at hand. Chavez has his own country to run and we have a country that needs fixed. Time to stop worrying about everyone else and fix things here so we can get our act together in the world. We have alot of damage control to do.

2. Haven't you noticed......

every week there is a new "something" that gets our collective panties in a twitter. This week its Chavez. And next week, this weeks "something" will be replaced for next weeks "something". I have only been here at DU for about 4 months and I love it with a passion, but I have noticed that its always the same. Every week we "MUST" have our "SOMETHING".
