FEMA screws active, deployed military person.
Check out this real estate ad on craiglist:

$138000 Pre-Foreclosure HELP!!!

I am active duty military serving over seas, I have been denied help from FEMA, and all block grants due to my deployed status. I am close to foreclosing on this home and need to sell quick. I can not accept anything under $138,000 since that is what I owe on the loan. The property is a couple blocks from the beach and in a new development area. I had the house built in July 2004 but am unable to sustain the payment let alone the repairs. Please contact ASAP.
